Specical Rate Rooms for Triple Helix Participants

IMPORTANT NOTICE: the rooms in the hotels proposed by Cisalpina Tours with special rates for Triple Helix participants are available until March 15. After that date, Cisalpina Tours will still take care of hotel reservations in Turin but cannot guarantee the availability of rooms in the hotels proposed.

Important Registration, Programme and Submission News

We remind you that all authors MUST register by sending us the registration form before March 15 in order to be included in the printed material (programme, book of abstracts). Please note that the early registration fee was until 28 February and that the regular fee will be applicable until May 2.

The preliminary programme is available for download. The programme will be updated once a week until it is finalized. The conference schedule will be ready when all authors have registered. It should announced by the end of the month.

The paper and poster submission procedures are online. Please read the submission guidelines carefully before submitting your paper of poster. Submissions will not be accepted after April 18.
